Its so lush with a bag of doritos.
I' have the coal cobb... chilli was amazing. With jacket potatoes.
Going to buy the gas one for speedier coal free dishes.. omelettes don't need coals for 2 hrs..
    I love my cobb.

If you place a 1/4 teaspoon of bicarb with 10-14 ounces (280-400grams) of mince, stir in and leave for 15 minutes it stops the proteins denaturing and releasing all that water from the meat, so you get a better malliard effect and the texture of the mince is superior to the dried chewy version you get without bicarb. If you want to tenderise sliced meat you can add 1 teaspoon of bicarb in water and soak the sliced meat in bowl before cooking on fire and it does the same thing with your meat.

Wow, it’s been a while since your last video. Nice to see you creating again. Man I miss camping. Gas cobb looks like a good piece of kit. Thanks for sharing.
