    Dear Dr Pandit, thanks for sharing how chemical engineering principles are used to improve quality of water from hand pump. These pumps are used throughout the country and I have also used it in my childhood in our village. I think this principle can also be used to purify water from wells which are used in villages and smaller towns in country for drinking water. Your comment please.       @Mind of being yeah don’t major in chemical engineering for the chemistry because there is almost none. It’s mostly physics and math with 10% pure chemistry

      @@pro-ol1tq Every branch is good if you have the zeal to learn something. Textile branch is decent. Not too good, not too bad. It's good if you are planning to do a masters or PhD abroad later. Otherwise, only a handful of people from textiles get excellent placements. The rest have to settle for much less CTC.
