There hasn’t been a decent untethered jailbreak since ios 8.1.4 Wasn’t that around 10 years ago now? After ios 8 all we got was broken tethered jailbreaks. You would have to re jailbreak every time you phone turned off. And those horrid apps you had to use to jailbreak would crash constantly. Also those apps would be revoked weekly or monthly. These jailbreaks were absolutely trash and killed it for me. Jailbreaking is just straight up not worth it anymore. Legacy iPhone jailbreaking was the absolute bomb and doesn’t even remotely compare to todays jailbreaking scene.
there was an untethered jailbreak for ios 14.0-14.5 and i had it, wasn’t really untethered, but the jailbreak tool wouldn’t get deleted off of your phone unlike other jailbreaks because apple revokez theis certificates. shit was ass the jailbreak messed up my phones battery that was the last time i ever jailbroke. the best final eras of jailbreaking definitely were ios 11-13.

If jailbreak exploits the iOS that was developed by Apple engineers, just imagine what it does with your personal data.
Android it doesn’t really matter because you already have lots of stuff you can do like you can download apps that are not on the App Store apks
