Quick question, do you eat anything for breakfast? How do you manage your meals and post meals? I find distributing my protein intake throughout the day to be more manageable though I am curious if you start the day fasted and if that has helped improve your focus.
at 0:38 sometimes you just need to pause. Don't get me wrong but 30 minutes is good enough. Just to do something else after 30 minutes. Maybe go grab a snack bar and a prime drink. Head back and work on something else. Or multi-tasks.
I got your point. I know I need to prioritise sleep over work. That work can be pushed over to the next day. But , what if something that happens the next day is directly dependent on that task. Young adults need more sleep - this is a known scientific fact. Yes of course there are individual differences but is definitely true as a group. Babies require an immense amount of sleep, older people a lot less although due to health and unstructured retirement days they tend to have naps in the day, everyone else is a spectrum in between. To work well we all need rest - sleep and recreation is not unproductive, it’s the battery charging essential process by which we have enough energy, willpower, and mental clarity to do the work and other life progressing actions.
