Great overview tutorial, Kimberly. ElevenLabs does a great job w/ their voices. I know some e-learning freelancers using ElevenLabs to clone their clients' voices to speed up narration production. It's incredible how realistic the voices sound.
Thanks so much, Rued - that made my day! It's amazing how the quality of AI voices has improved in such a short time. It will be interesting to watch how all of this unfolds in the future!
this is great! I made a 5min audio clip with heygen professional custom voice but wanted to edit some of the pauses and tone throughout the clip and ended up submitting it a few times and realized I ate through all my credits! I ended up downloading a few clips and mix/mashing it together in a separate audio editor. Is there a way to edit in the heygen app so I don't eat through all my credits? adjust pauses and tone?
Thanks so much @roozehrakhan3151! Just wanted to check, since this particular video is the ElevenLabs tutorial. Are you using ElevenLabs or HeyGen to create your audio voice? And what plan do you currently have?
You may want to get a plan that allows for longer recording time (creator plan is available at 50% off for first month), but you can also start for free: try.elevenlabs.io/wtmjrmjiq6tk Also check out this video on "projects" for more info on longer projects elevenlabs.io/app/projects Hope that helps, @claudiamora3900!
Sure! The voice I used for the speech to speech example is a "pre-made" voice (Matilda). You'll find her in the Text-to-Speech drop down menu of voices on the Speech Synthesis page (not the voice library). I agree with you, I really like her voice!
@@KimberlyGoh I meant @3:48 you mixed up her voice with your own sample and it sounded really good and inflective. I think you should publish this voice into the library, it's quite good.
@@vapeurdepisse Thanks! Actually, speech to speech is really just a quick way to change the AI voice's inflection. The official "dubbing" feature actually let's you translate what's being said into a different language ☺
Please let us know how to record a dialogue in text to speech mode like Ali: I know your name. Jane: How do you know?. It's the need of the hour for me. Thanks in advance.
If you watch the video from the :38 mark, it explains how to use the text to speech feature. You can also ask ElevenLabs support for help if you have more questions help.elevenlabs.io/hc/en-us
To record a dialogue with different sounding voices, you'll need to create the lines for each character separately using two different voices. Then download the audio files so you can edit hem together using any editing software like Audacity or Camtasia.
When you create a cloned voice, it becomes a regular voice you can access in your library. Then if you want to influence it, by uploading your own new audio file, you should be able do that. Here's a demo th-cam.com/video/qxVcuKimJ2I/w-d-xo.html

It all depends on the type of trailer, Wilhelm. I'd suggest checking out "Josh" and "Emily" as examples, then play around with the different voices to see which one is the best fit for you

Thanks so much, Dave! Yes, AI voices have come a long way in such a short time. That's great idea for speeding up the production workflow 😁

Ohh never mind I just realized it doesn't create a voice but a "dub".
