Whoa. Now this is a very powerful asmr video. Heartwarming thumbnail + sounds of heartbeating + softly brushing on a fluffy rug. This simulates a real life moment of comfort and serenity for the listener. As though the one who is listening to the audio is actually there, in the same situation as the anon. The audio, combined with the artwork, creates a sensual illusion. One so strong, it can put the listener in a state of bliss. And most likely improve how much sleep they get. For that's the goal of ASMR: to help people relax and sleep better. I appreciate the cute theme in this video.

To explain how good this is, most sleep aid ASMR tends to just make me a little more relaxed and that’s all. When listening to this giving it a shot I fell asleep and I didn’t even notice it till someone told me.

It's similar to how a cat works, they try to sync up their breathing and heart beat to yours. Naturally your body will do it too because it thinks somebody's there and it promotes you to sleep
