That was pure magig! I got goosebumps 'big time'! I trained with IKO1 for a few years, I can't train properly due to nerve damage in hand. Been training Kaze Arashi Ryu recently. It's a very good, practical art, but no intensity like kyokushin, the ultimate truth! Hopefully I can return in the future. I REALLY miss it! thanks for posting, OSU!

This is one of my favourite kata
@deanvak Nope, this kata came from goju ryu karate, made by Miyagi Chojun.
Though I'm a Kyokushin green belt, I still will like to learn tensho someday.
@JayteePhandango This breathing techniques came from Japan and are actually more for exercise.

@deanvak You're lying. I read sometime ago tensho was made by Miyagi-Osensei.
