Hi Ralfy , there is a lot of cold Machinery etc to get Warm , Including the Walls & Floor , have you given thought to putting your Heater on a Timer , set to start up perhaps one Hour before Your Day starts . Switching it on when you arrive you have to suffer the Cold until it Heats up. Unless your start hours are all over the place . Just a thought .

I had that same mudguard on an old CB750 i was modifying. more crooked than a politician. Same twist... I sold it and built a street tracker instead. Your patience with this piece of shit is far beyond mine. Cheers.
Fuck me Ralfy that's a palaver and a half on that muddy , I've heard of things not going right but that's fighting ya to the bitter end kicking and screaming....true test for the heating now would be to see how long it takes to cool down after ya got it nice n warm ..
