Your skill set, hard work and communication skills are more valued in Europe because English is not their first language too.

I couldn't find any luxury in this video 🤔 If earning 1500€ as Student was luxury, then it's not, I am also working on same per hour wage, with 12€ per hour you can't earn 1.5k legally (you need around 120 hours to earn, that too without tax deductions and one is allowed to work 80 hours per month in part time). If you say doing over time or a mini job, then keep in mind that you are student, so compromise with your studies is also not acceptable.
People can provide reference for your son only if they have worked with him. Also, he needs to do job interviews first with the German companies. Companies only ask for references if they want to hire him.
