Those don't feel like kids playing a random game they found on Roblox, those feel more like actual SCP:SL players putting their knowledge *from* SL into the Roblox version.

Roblox isnt just a kid game, it's a game development platform hundreds of thousands of developers use daily to make a living, and engine upgrades like these allow us to make games you see here.
I played this game like a week ago, it's mostly accurate, but why is 096 so OP? Respawns take away a lot of the intensity of encounters with SCPs or enemies though. It is fun to die, grab a grenade, throw it at a scp, die again, and repeat until they die.
They really decided to copy everything one to one instead of creating something original using their clear talent for roblox game design? Really a missed opportunity for original ideas.
@@Chair_Pizza I suppose it does give people without access to a PC a chance to play a dimmed down version, but there's still no denying that the talents of this developer could've been used towards creating something brand new and unexplored instead of being a carbon copy of an already successful game. If they were to go through the route of originality, I believe that it would draw in more players due to that experience being something actually new.

The funny thing is that I used to play scp demonstration like 2-3 years ago and this video just blew me away about how far this game had came. Back then, light containment used to be 3-4 rooms where one of them had a pistol for you to pick up. The decontamination was still around but the game used to be so simple. Also when light was decontaminated d class would spawn in an area in heavy, i think past the micro hid room at an end of an hallway. That was back when just 096 was the only scp. And I mean it was fun just being 096 but also there was the chaos and mtf mechanics. Nobody really played as ntf because spawning as them required points and nobody of course would spend their time grinding to get ntf. I remember that I did because just to troll around the map. There was also a door on surface that looked like decoration but was actually a secret room where there was scp 018 and other cool stuff. I’m just saying that I’m really surprised how far they came. I play scp sl now so it just feels so weird to see a video of this game being an exact replica.
if you like this game, i reccomend you try out project: SCP, its highly inspired by scp SL but with more scps, like 1770, teams like janitor and head scientist (scinetist with lower / higher cards), and even the global occult coalition.

If i'm not mistaken theres a chance they used a Roblox plugin to blatantly export the map from SCP: SL and Import into Roblox Studio, i know theres plenty of plugins to do so with Garry's Mod Maps so i'd assume you can do the same with exploits and unity maps
Theres another game similar named Project:SCP. It has many diffrent feature like making a sub-level and Surface containment zone for stuff. They have scp 1507, the fire scp and so much more better stuff! I reccomend u play it cuz its fun

Eh, more like overrated because it's just made of free assets from NW studios, and to top off that they made certain classes cost money to play. These developers are just exploiting money out of people who can't play SCP:SL on their device

Keycards, all classes(except tutorial, which is admin only), scrambler goggles, medkit is purchasable for free by points. You can't just copy paste assets, you have update their hitbox, not to mention how the lighting is similar to SCPSL. Effort was put into the game, respect it. Play the game before commenting.

SCPs in Roblox regenerate every 5 minutes after dying and SCP 096 is semi-immortal. I think it's perhaps more liberating to be able to choose what class you want to play if you spend enough Robux or play enough to buy them with credits.

They had a good idea for mobile friendly SCP:SL, then ruined it with P2W, bad intentions, and unoriginal stuff.

Ima be honest. The roblox version of scp sl is bad. I mean the map is actually pretty accurate and well built. It even looks realistic, but the game also has it's downsides like having old scp sl updates mixed with new ones. For example SCP 939. In the roblox version SCP 939 still has the two old models of itself. " *But what if the roblox version wasn't updated since it got remodeled?* ", well that can't be it, since the roblox version has the candy room, and the candy room was published after the new 939 model has been released. And another thing is the weapons and the shooting system. The shooting system is ACTUALLY horrible, and the weapons aren't even the same as the new or old weapons in the real game. There's also that SCP 939 still sees you after being silent or not even moving. In the real game, SCP 939 can't see you when you're silent or not moving. Another criteria is that you just respawn as a class-D after you die? That doesn't really make sense, unless the owner tried to make the rounds go infinite, and not like in the real game, where another round starts when some other role wins. At last, we have that some classes don't even exist, like the scientists. I mean yea, these things may still be coming in new updates, but the game has been out since 3 YEARS. I'm sure someone can recreate whole scp sl in roblox in 3 years. + I've only played the roblox version for like 10 minutes and left again. And all these criterias within 10 minutes make me feel like that there are still alot of things not-well made or even missing in roblox game, if I played longer.

this game sucked on my first play through. first off them med kit didn't work and every role was behind a pay wall and this game is just money hungry. And also the community sucked aswell legit every person i ran into was a E-dater and everyone was toxic as hell and kept spawn killing. I quit the game within like 20 minutes of playing.

Ima be honest. The roblox version of scp sl is bad.
I mean the map is actually pretty accurate and well built. It even looks realistic, but the game also has it's downsides like having old scp sl updates mixed with new ones.
For example SCP 939. In the roblox version SCP 939 still has the two old models of itself. " *But what if the roblox version wasn't updated since it got remodeled?* ", well that can't be it, since the roblox version has the candy room, and the candy room was published after the new 939 model has been released.
And another thing is the weapons and the shooting system. The shooting system is ACTUALLY horrible, and the weapons aren't even the same as the new or old weapons in the real game.
There's also that SCP 939 still sees you after being silent or not even moving. In the real game, SCP 939 can't see you when you're silent or not moving.
Another criteria is that you just respawn as a class-D after you die? That doesn't really make sense, unless the owner tried to make the rounds go infinite, and not like in the real game, where another round starts when some other role wins.
At last, we have that some classes don't even exist, like the scientists.
I mean yea, these things may still be coming in new updates, but the game has been out since 3 YEARS. I'm sure someone can recreate whole scp sl in roblox in 3 years. + I've only played the roblox version for like 10 minutes and left again. And all these criterias within 10 minutes make me feel like that there are still alot of things not-well made or even missing in roblox game, if I played longer.
@@VC90O they can't add the new 939 due to how Roblox works sadly, they are also working on a gun overhaul and they said they gonna make a actual round system when the game is finished!
they said they are gonna literally change everything, idk why it took them SO LONG to update the game but hey, in the end its all worth it

Bro the mods in that game suck, sure it’s fun to play but the rules in that game make everything unfun, also scp 096 is played so much and auto clicker users fight for that spot. The game also has lots of bugs and sure it looks good here but as someone who played this for a year a long time ago….it needs some better updating.

this game sucked on my first play through. first off them med kit didn't work and every role was behind a pay wall and this game is just money hungry. And also the community sucked aswell legit every person i ran into was a E-dater and everyone was toxic as hell and kept spawn killing. I quit the game within like 20 minutes of playing.
