It's all based on 50/50 voting. So first, the international jurors give 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 points (43 points in total) and shortly after they're done voting, the televote closes (I think 5 minutes after the final jury results are out?). The televote points are all of the international jurors points added together (43 * 11 = 473 points) and based on the amount of votes a song received (percentage wise), they will receive that amount of percentage of points available. So if a song got 10% of the total televote, they will receive 10% of the 473 available televoting points (47 points). This system was used between 2011 and 2018 and then reworked :)
