Today in this video i’am making very popular street food from Kalimpong.The general meaning of aloo thukpa is yellow noodles and potato gravy.This potato gravy is extra spicy to arouse the taste buds and theses two jointly combined gives a mouthwatering combination 😋😋.Each and every school canteens have aloo thukpa and phumbee/phumbi/Pumbi as a must include an item.

I remember having that outside of Kanchan cinema hall on my school outing long time back. Now living in London England and I suddenly had a craving for Kalimpong street food and I am glad I found your channel. I was wondering what type of oil would you put after the noodles are boiled??
