P! might be the most featured rapper ever since he did verses for whoever paid him or who he was cool with. He only said no to some bigger artists because he didn't want to get too famous or some shit. He didn't sign off on the Destiny's Child Remix for example, there's only a white label for that (promo/radio release). I think it's the same with the 50 Cent joint etc.
