Ive been following CiShan station on Facebook for a couple of years, yet in just 1 minute you’ve made me realize quiet backwaters like CiShan built The port of Kaohsiung into a metropolis. Your videos are always informative, but anytime it involves agriculture, your work shines.
This made me miss ba wan a lot! There’s a seafood version of it my grandma would get me in Tainan. I can’t wait to go back. Love your willingness to try local foods and showing us all the cool history and beautiful scenery
I love this video. There is so much natural natural beauty and rich culture so close to Kaohsiung. You are fortunate to live in such a beautiful area of Taiwan - although there is incredible beauty everywhere there! You were ambitious to make that hike to the waterfall, but it was worth it! Your filming and drone shots were excellent!
So great Wes! We love the getting back to your roots with the smaller, more intimate Taiwan travel vlogs. We will so check out that mountain hike when we come to Kaohsiung in the near future.

It's a shame that visitors are prohibited to swim in many waters in Taiwan. Many of my foreign friends talked about this. It's all about the short-sighted officials who don't want to cause trouble and conservative culture. To me, this has to be changed. Anyhow, again, great video, absolutely like it

高雄的山區真的很美！
很多人都說高雄玩的都在市區，但舊高雄縣的區域，才是高雄最多好玩的地方，只未開發而已，交通也不方便要開車才能到，一堆私房景點只有熟人才知道！
對高雄不熟的人，都只能去市區吃美食逛街或去旗津海邊玩而已~
無法享受到真正高雄~
高雄市區面積還不到高雄3/1
高雄市區到山區開車要2~3個小時，就知道高雄其實挺大的！

我在旗山老街上工作，好可惜沒看到衛斯理，那個時候的火車是糖廠火車，載運甘蔗為主，以為你會往六龜而已，結果一路又騎到茂林，真是很會騎啊！
