    Looks like a lot of functional movement patterns. Love this

    I been following this. It seems they don't do a lot of serious strength training. More function/mobility training. Makes a lot of sense though.
    It would be great if they can talk about the training philosophy associated with CMC's training. Maybe they do on another video?

      Maintaining > gaining strength and speed. Or they just don’t show because its classified. Answer for you: research day and night and test what works for you to increase your performance or get a good coach. Getting a good coach helps a ton and saves you time and energy researching. May you reach all your goals man🤝‼️

      He said this was a week before training camp. They did a lot of heavy work earlier in the week.

    Compared to his 2nd/3rd season when he made his big breakthrough how much faster is he?

      I don’t think he’s much faster but what matters is he isn’t having season ending injuries on a annual basis.

    This is a bullshit workout. Athlete's should focus on the main compound lifts, these bullshit trendy lifts don't do anything to build skill. Get the athlete strong as fuck, then let the athlete build the skill playing the sport, now with a much stronger and more capable body.

    • @JDEG100
      @JDEG100 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Watch some other videos of him, he performs main lifts as well with a high focus on performance and maintaining quality.
      It all has to do with whether you are in season or off session.
