There is a technique do box breathing in a dark room where no one can distract u. Box breathing is just take deep breath for 6 seconds And then hold 6 seconds then release in 6 seconds and hold for 6 sec then loop it. And try to focus on center of your both eyebrows with closed eyes. U can feel what u want but don't do daily otherwise you'll get a spirit possession.
