I bought that knife ( with plastic ) by TAIWAN's website W&W Co. ( www.950.com.tw/tw/product-show.php?id=73)
or you can buy it from China's website ：taobao (item.taobao.com/item.htm?spm=a230r.1.14.16.1b5352dfx0sac2&id=543864179644&ns=1&abbucket=1#detail
try cope key word ：手术刀 or 塑料刀柄 ， I hope this Information helps you ^_^!
maybe you can try buy form TAIWAN or CHINA， or you can find some place sells it ~

i thought ""blade holder"" and ""operating scalpel "" is correct English words .

蜡模铸造的时候会缩水吗 老哥

蠟版鑄造的時候是會縮的，從橡皮模具裡頭取出就已經略小了，整體面積越大 / 越厚實的縮的比率越嚴重。
ex 珠寶款戒台，大概縮一號的1/3~1/2， 沒掏薄的骷髏頭或是厚版男戒，可能可以縮到將近1號 (台灣這習慣用的指圍 )
