Thanks for the review, looks like very good value . I usually stay in the Vogue hotel in soi lenkee, about 900thb a night , if you havent been there it maybe worth a look.

a) But... the fundamental question must surely be... how far is it from the nearest freelancers? Are there any in the bar downstairs? (That would be a good idea, but the OBVIOUS is often overlooked in Thailand.)
b) The 24-7 gym is suggestive! Can a purely nocturnal lifestyle work in this district? That is, are there 24-7 restaurants and bars nearby? (A highly relevant topic in the current heatwave.)
