thanks, worked. had to manually enter all the wifi network settings and change DNS settings and it started working.

If this is happening to you, your device (PS5) is most likely paused. Like how my mums paused my console through the Xfinity app so I couldn’t connect to WiFi. As soon as it was unpaused I connected to WiFi easily. I spent one day trying to set up a static ip didn’t work cause I was paused

@@devendraajodha I just completely unplugged my router and left it for 5 mins then plugged it back in then went back to the ps and then set up a new plan cable forgotten the old one as the router started back up

Lmfao I feel stupid after not being able to figure out why I couldn’t connect to Wi-Fi for so long I remebered that I had paused the device in my Xfinity app when I wasn’t using it for a few weeks 😂 unpaused it and it works again so if anybody accidently did that like I did and nothing else works then try checking your router settings to see if you paused the ps5
