Blood syringes don't stack if you use them back to back. The second syringe just overrides the effects of the first one. I.E., if you use a syringe just a second or two after you already used one, you'll only recover ~55 points of health, not 100. You don't recover any faster, either. You should wait until the first syringe has run its course before shooting up again. Otherwise, you're wasting your heals.
@@nicolasgomez5207 Watch their health totals, they don't recover for the full amount when they use syringes in quick succession. The timer for the syringe in the lower left of the hud resets if you use one while already under the effects of a syringe. You effectively lose the time you had left on the first syringe. It makes sense when you consider balancing items in gameplay--the syringes are easy to use on the go, but it takes a while to get the full benefit and heals less than blood bags or feeding from a mortal. Blood bags and feeding restore a lot more health in less time, but you're a sitting duck for the duration of using them.
