Haven't finished it yet, but this type of content is really helpful! I got 2 events planned and one of them has a 35min build time... better know what to look for haha!
Sweet content! Good principles to apply for sealed. Perhaps it’s a bit unorthodox, Obi Wan Yellow would have been nice to see with some ambush and sentinels. Maybe even heal the ambush units a bit with Kenobi. But I am a sucker for blue green as well 😎. Look forward to the next one.
I’m sorry WHAT?! If ppl yell at you for the 3 row sort they got a small brain man, why in the hell wouldn’t you want to easily see hero/villain in ur colors
Thanks for this video, very helpfull! Preparing for the Prerelease Friday next week! Why does Republic Attack Pod not have the Coordinate keyword. Am I missing something?
Love your content. Thanks for sharing your thoughts as you looked at your card pool! Super helpful. I do wonder if you actually had a great Palp deck, because you got the neutral yellow exploits? Play a heroic unit and then nuke it with your own exploit to flip. On top of combat. Then you get access to your villain removal and all the heroic yellow cards you pulled?
It did, and I did forget to mention them while I was building but we had so little red and yellow that no it wouldn't have mattered. I don't really like them either so that's part of why I wasn't thinking of them.
I have tried Obi Wan a bunch in ForceTable sealed and in my experience, he gets run over too easily. By the time he flips, he maybe takes 1-2 hits and hes usually out the turn he deploys (due to sentinel) and i'm lucky to get his ability off once. And his leader side just doesn't have enough impact to sacrifice initiative. I probably would have run Padme Blue with that sealed pool. Definitely love Huyang in limited. Dude is awesome.
Love the walk through and your thought process and evaluation as you build the deck. Thanks for the great work!
Thanks!
This was SOOO helpful for prepping my prerelease. Thank you!!
@@alex7ink good luck!!
It sure helped me a lot before my first pre release!
Glad to hear it!
Thank you! This is what i have been waiting for :)
Enjoy!
So ready for set 3.
Same!
I think this set looks particularly good for limited and sealed. Lots of strong relevant keywords in Republic, Separatist, Trooper, Jedi, Force, etc.
Completely agree! I'm hyped
Love that you do this buddy! Great video Idea!
@@Jason-uf8uv thanks!

Awesome! I think I do the whole build in 18 minutes so 35 is very doable
@@SWU_KTODyeah. That’s perfect then :)
Love a good pre-release guide!!
Thanks for the video, I always enjoy some Sealed content! I would have probably gone with Padme and a blue base over Obi Green (using the same deck).
the command cards in this set seem very good when you lay them all out.
Agreed!

Yeah we did have a bunch of yellow, maybe it was worth. If I have some time tomorrow I'll throw it up as a post

I think because maybe keywords aren't active in hand, but I'm really not certain.
@@SWU_KTOD That's possible
What about the ashoka and greivous in the deckbox? Were they not playable leaders?
Yeah the red and yellow pools were pretty meh. I think it was pretty clearly blue green.

It's possible, but man that looks like doing so much work and also I can't imagine it's enough to forgo a whole leader unit in sealed.
True! Plus all that card draw might mean you mill yourself if it goes long.
Did your box come with the promo leaders? Do you think your build would have changed at all with them included?

@@SWU_KTOD Thanks!
Legion mentioned! 😂
Twice kind of!
Can you post your green red Wat?
If you watch to the end I end up talking about it and showing it!
I don’t believe hello there works on leaders as leaders are technically always in play
They changed that rule
Yes, this was changed with the release of Shadows of the Galaxy.
I'm sure there's a palp deck there you could have built but wouldn't have won you an event
Yeah agreed. Not worth the time. I was bummed to have opened two though happy my build felt easy
Good stuff. I think Obi-Wan is underrated... but I'm a control player, so I'm biased.
Yeah I like him!
