this game is great!
every cell in my body is now filled with cards.
The rules are the same as regular Cell except for the following changes...
@@digojez The game is played the same as cell, except that it is free. *Video ends*
Anyone here who get nostalgia playing this and solitaire on their computers
You can actually move a stack of
(n+1) * 2 ^ k
where n is the number of free cells and k is the number of empty columns *excluding* your target column.
similar to solitaire but with a new twist, you can have free cells but you can only move multiple cards compared to the free cells. a very good trade off compared of o'll of the other things they made better that actually makes sense. and I hope I won't get as much impossible solutions compared to solitaire:/
Klondlike.
Solitaire is actually a general term that refers to analog games (typically card games) that are played in solitude (1 player).
The solitaire game most people know is actually called klondlike.
I blame windows for popularizing the misconception since they named "solitaire"... Well... Solitaire!
Sorry... I'll leave my smartass now...
@@remixtheidiot5771 No no, you're right and you should say it. There are many types of Solitaire, because they form a whole genre of card game. You wouldn't call Mario "Platformer," so you shouldn't call Klondike "Solitaire."
Plus just knowing the right name for Klondike makes it easier to find it in app stores and to find tips videos for it. This is valuable information!
Well, actually, you can only move 1 card at once, but you can move more by manipulating free cells.
the one you’re referring to makes it possible to grab cards off the stack and free cell has no card stack
Ah, FreeCell. A classic Windows 98 game. Good times.
My mom and brother played this quite a lot on one of our older computers when Windows 3.1 was the current Windows. (Now it's Windows 11.)
I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS ONE
This explanation is really good!
So this is basically in a sense a new form of solitare where the cards are shared equally in each row (no pick up pile) and all flipped up/shown
Define "new," because Freecell has been around for over half a century. It's super underrated, and I think a lot of people had computers with it and just never played because their go-to time-waster was either Klondike or Minesweeper.
Wow, I like this card!!! So cool!
Thank you!
Could you do Tutorial on Dungeon Solitaire: Tomb of Four Kings, and also one on Joker Jailbreak?
Huh, I didn't expect that! Do you plan to make videos on a 100 freecell variants?
but it could be a coincidence or something else because i'ved done no research yet
@@honeyjuice219 Solitaire is a genre. The game we usually call Solitaire is just the most popular game in the genre. Its actual name is "Klondike," if you wanna get technical.
@@danielleanderson6371 thanks for mentioning that, didn't knew solitaire is a genre before
@@honeyjuice219 You should absolutely check out some more solitaire games. A fun recent example is Gridcannon, for which the creator made a video walking through the rules, if you wanna look into that.
Jokers are wild cards and can be placed on any foundation pile
“You may not pull out cards from the top of the column”. Oh yeah? Just watch me.
Is that a matte gold pet poker card deck I see?
It's a lot easier to play digitally, can be on Windows or Android. More fun that way especially when you finish the game
but you'll never experienced the satisfaction of knowing you already won and finally arrange the cards to finish the game. hmm so satisfying especially on solitaire
Can you do "How to play Tycoon"?
Can you redo Hearts card game? I can't understand anything.
nowadays i play freecell i need to watch 30seconds advertisement
WERE DID YOU GET
THEM GOLD CARDS????
I think I remember playing this on windows before
Black table?
Finally a new card game btw can I request a new card game?
Nice gold cards
No.19. Star Trek Ascendy, how to play
so that's why it's called freecell
My Request: Mahjong 🀄
(I'm sorry if you already did)
Do you guys want me to make a fanmade discord server
Did you change your table?
I didn't even notice that, thanks for sharing this. I'm gonna steal this epiphany and post it on tsg's discord server that you should join (;
@@honeyjuice219 You're welcome. I think he did it one-time as I have those cards and it's really hard to pick up from a flat surface.
Uh, that's why I had trouble playing this on windows xp.
Fun fact: i got the same cardset (true gold dubai)
Solitaire's lil' sister
Fun fact, if you have 2 free foundations and 4 free cells, you can move a stack of 10 cards into one of the free foundations at once
