  • We finally decided to try a counting scale for our Bricklink store and rather than spending a fortune on a large scale we found this scale at what we thought was a fair price.
In the video i will provide a quick demo on how it works.
The scales we got can be bought from Amazon using this link:

Thanks for this video. I wanted a counting scale but didn't want to buy an expensive lab machine. Good to know a cheaper model will be good enough.

Yea I'm pretty pleased with them for £20 - will definitely save some time when getting PAB cups.

Bonus tip: separate the 25 you counted and put them in a baggie, so when you get a big order you don't even have to count to 25 again, just use the pre-counted to calibrate the scale and off you go 😉👍

Thanks - I've done this before but as I don't always sell by 25 it can be annoying as well if you have to reopen the prepacked bag :)

@@HilliansBricks I didn't mean to pre package everything, only 1 bag for the scale. So, if I have like 400 of a piece I have 1 bag of 25 and 375 pieces unpackaged.
If someone buys 10-20 I just count them by hand, and if they order, like 100 or some other large random number, I pour the ones from the bag on the scale, set the weight, put them back in the bag and use the scale to count the pieces they wanted to buy. 🙂
But, yeah. Pre packaged bags didn't work for me either.

Great videos as always! Do BrickLink take the selling fees for an order before you receive the money in PayPal account like eBay do?

No they don't - each month you get a bill for bricklink fees that you need to pay either via card or paypal. Their fees are low though (approx 3%)
