Mr. Baric, thank you so much to share all this art with us. I having watching your other videos about microphones for classical guitar and I want to ask you, do you recommend the oktava for a performance? And what speaker do you recommend? Thank you for your help
Hi, thanks for the kind comment. No, I'm not a big fan of using Oktavas for live performances, they're great sounding microphones but tend to produce noise when turned towards the speaker. Maybe they would work better with the hypercardioid capusle, but haven't tested that. I mostly use a contact microphone by Schertler (Dyn-G) and Schertler Unico or AER Compact 60 amps/speakers.
