Batteries discharge a little over time, so if it was made back in 2019 and was probably sitting on a shelf since then, then it’s possible nothings wrong but one question, does it come with the big box or the smaller 12 style box

Okay so that’s a good sign but to know exactly when it was manufactured you can check the fourth character in the serial number, it should be a letter from W-D, you can find your serial number by going to settings > General > About > Serial number

Is refurbished iphone the same as the used UK iPhones that these guys sell in Nigeria?
Refurbished iPhones are generally iPhones that had some sort of issue but were repaired by either Apple or a Trader and they might come with the original packaging and warranty but it’s not certain
“UK used” iPhones could either have been used by someone and then repaired or not really
