Hey, shout out to Mark continuing to get rulings correct on an increasingly consistent basis. I occasionally have a bit of fun about some of his rulings, so it's only right I also say something when I notice him doing phenomenally, which in all fairness is far more often than people comment on
@@colbecresseed3698 That's a very niche ruling given that there are only four spells in the entire game that require multiple attack rolls (Blade of Disaster, Scorching Ray, and Steel Wind Strike are the others), so I can see how it would have been missed and/or why it would have been handwaved. I personally would make the same call, because the extra attacks come from the magic of the spells themselves, not any ability the caster possesses. EDIT: Also, by RAW the Stone Golem's Slow ability doesn't include the paragraph about casters needing to roll a check to avoid their spells being delayed, in case that's what you were referring to.

I heard Tom say that he’s to stupid to play someone as wise as quillik. I remember when I was playing a wise and cunning Druid, but I also had him light him self on fire ( intentionally) then use control flames to try to change the color of the flames to the background and become invisible. Yeah, he didn’t last long

Our group has been playing around with crit damage and have found a "balanced" solution. We do max damage and add proficiency bonus. This way you are always doing max plus a little.
I like the High Rollers method, for how uncommon a natural 20 is (unless you’re mark) it’s a nice reward. It also makes them a lot more terrifying when the enemy gets one.

Elko was destroyed, not Echo. Elko is easier to get back, because Elko is Find Steed, which doesn't have an expensive material component, while Echo is Find Familiar, which has 10gp worth of materials consumed by the spell.
Just better timing on when to use it It's not that great in combat but utility and roleplay it can be very useful All it does is double height x8 to weight And adds a D4 to damage Now if Mark was to add to it More health Maybe higher STR Prof in CON saves something to make it worth it to use in combat
