Solid review. I agree with everything you said about both the sissy bar and the luggage rack. I have both and used my luggage rack to mount a Givi top case for my daily carry. Just finished shooting a video to upload later this week on that. And thanks for the shout out!!
Harley sissy bars are just not cutting it anymore. I swear they just took the same 30 yr old design and painted it black to make it “modern” looking. Everything looks like it was popular in the 90s and the functionality of it is lacking way behind the aftermarket. I just paid a bunch of $$$ for the “Harley” backrest for my new FXLRS and I’m pretty sure I’m taking it back. I already have some sissy bar bags I was using on my last bike and I’m struggling to make them fit this incredibly awkward design of the Harley sissy bar. Just really dissatisfied and disappointed with Harley sometimes. I mean they build a beautiful motorcycle and then design these outdated and awkward shaped accessories for it. Just kinda dumb.
@@RidinDad I actually kept the backrest and just put it on tonight. It’s actually working out better than I expected. It’s just not the design I would prefer but those bars are either on back order, out of stock, 6-8 week build time, something! The Harley one was in stock, on the shelf, 5 miles from my house! Now it’s on my bike 😁

Depends what kind of bags. Most bags can be mounted while including the Harley hold fast hardware

Tiago Araújo they make the same product for the low rider s but it’s a different width due to the different fender size. Different part number.
