Don’t worry about that. We have a paywall after 10 messages. And for the paying users there are unlimited messages but none of them writes more then like 10 per day. And the OpenAI models are ridiculously cheap.
We actually tried Telegram too. However even after a few hundred free users none of them converted. WhatsApp seemed to have higher value for our users.

Yes you are right there are a lot of free users in telegram, I plan to monitise them through ads and give access to further chat only after viewing ads, like in mobile games. I don't know how well that will work yet. Thanks for your content and showing business statistics, it motivates me to keep doing my startup
I’m pretty sure you can open a WhatsApp business account without owning an entity. If you wanna verify the account, then yes, but starting it is usually very straightforward.

Thanks for the great video. Meta requires me to own a company to have a WhatsApp business account and asks for trade license copy. Any solution?
