Unfortunately the writers introduces more evils while the previous atrocities were never resolved or accounted for. Why the Turkish drama find these methods entertaining is beyond me. I have left watching many of their drama uncompleted due to these unending plots. It is boring and make no sense.
Don’t the producers know you can’t just find any kidney? If someone is a perfect match, and alive, the kidney has to be surgically removed from the donor to be transplanted into the recipient.
I am watching this program 2 years later. The writers put so little trust in the hospitals. Icy is monitored usually 24/7 laboratories are not left unlocked. There are few actors I cannot stand. If things do not change soon I will quit watching.
The writers should give the viewers a break: I know soap operas go from crisis to crisis, but there should be a good development for the protagonists every once in a while! Also, if I base my understanding of what's going on in Turkey, I get the feeling that the police don't operate at all. Not too many people seem to think of calling them!

is Fatih a ghost...can no one see him shadowing everybody around and he even goes in and out of important places in the hospital like he is the boss...and bercin too logging into the computer and changing the results...this is crazy..
