That’s why I hate those particular style of floppers with the bent end. They seem to never want to slide out of the fish easy.

Yeah, I haven’t experienced much with different style Floppers usually just use what comes stock with the shaft.

It’s hard to back dive, mangrove snapper. They get smart very fast and will disappear.

Do you have any thoughts as to why so many of your shots don't hold? It's not just this video. Is it the type of spear you use? The tip doesn't look very pointed. Are you not getting penetration enough for the flopper to work?

Could be a number of reasons, in reality not every shot is going to be 100 percent perfect or going to hold nor am I a perfect shooter or claim to be at all. Some shots maybe too far for this gun and not penetrating enough.

When I'm fishing the sharks are a real problem these days. Surprised they aren't harassing you more. Nice dive. Very jealous of ARS in 95 ft , always seem to have to go out to the 120's.

We are shocked they are here right now as well. I don’t feel they will be here much longer but they seem to be holding to this wreck pretty good. Thanks for watching man! The bull sharks are starting to get thicker and become more of an issue forsure.

I’m guessing you already had shot another red on different dive and didn’t shoot the red that kept swimming by

Yes, if I remember correctly, this is the second Dive on the spot this day and we already had enough red snapper in the boat only needed one I believe

Scuba spearfishing is weird, most countries do not allow the pillaging of 1 spot like this, you’re forced to hold your breath to spear your fish. Ever tried free diving? If more people did this kinda stuff I’d hate to see what would happen

How is he "pillaging"? He's on the same limit as anybody else. I'll go out this weekend and catch the same amount of fish on hook and line. BTW, let me know how the fish populations are doing in some of these countries that don't allow scuba yet don't place limits on catches..
