Simple and Easy to follow guide
The traditional way of cooking cassava cake is made from grated cassava, coconut milk and condensed milk.
In this recipe, I made a twist by adding purple yam ( ube halaya ) and creamy cheese topping.
The outcome was really delicious and satisfying.
I hope you’ll like this video.
Ingredients:
1 kilo grated cassava
1 and half cup coconut milk
half cup of white sugar
1 cup evaporated milk
1 can ube condensed milk
1 cup ube halaya ( purple yam )
1/4 cup melted butter
3 large eggs
2 teaspoon ube flavoring
For toppings:
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup condensed milk
1 cup grated cheese
