To scale up quickly, to run faster, and to get things done quickly and correctly, does not mean you should pack so many people to the job, sometimes it's better to have good few hands than many hands that does not bear any fruit.
Council Edudzi’s analysis seems overly simplistic. Efficiency involves more than merely reducing or downsizing ministries. The question posed was valid and thought-provoking. While Bright Simons raised an excellent point, Council Edudzi’s response failed to provide a compelling or convincing explanation.

So funny all of a sudden, the NPP is full of ideas, very principle & have even have the moral right to come talk to Ghanaians. Very very dirty people. A wise NPP will go cool off for a yea before coming back to open your dirty mouth to speak.
