    Robert Brown discover Nucleus ( control center of the cell ).
    In 1839 cell theory was given by Scheilden and Schwann

    You told cork cell , discovered by Robert Hooke . But you didn't tell what is cork
    . And where he first observe these cells.
    So , Cork is a bark of trees , and they are all dead cells of a tree. And he observed it on tree dead cells. 😑

Please tell me. And I want to add one thing that thread like structures are called chromatin threads not chromosome.
