MEXICAN RICE

How to make Mexican rice? What ingredients to include in Mexican rice? If you're looking for a delicious, but easy to make, recipe of Mexican rice, then this video is for you. In this recipe, I use two parts liquid to one part rice, and I use Basmati rice. There are many variations that could be implemented, some of them being; chicken stock/broth instead of water, including cumin, salt, spicy salsa, etc. Make this rice and you will certainly get compliments for your rice.
