ngl Spirit isnt looking very drilled in right now. Their induvituals are off the charts but the other aspects are kinda lacking in my opinion. The calls seem off, they didn't play off of each other that great, heroic had an advantage in a lot of situations but spirit players just flexed their individual skills on them. Idk what's happening to be honest, do they like playing this super loose cs? or is the practice not being done right? I feel like they will get punished by a team which is more (in form like g2 faze or navi.)

blud really comparing faceit and pro matches 💀💀. in pro matches there's many factors like communication, utility, teamwork, afterall it's a team game and these can counter Donk and Donk knows that too thus having diciplin sometimes . faceit, most of the times you're fighting against randos so individual skill / aim does most of the hardwork.
