That's the reason I have been wondering so many times to God why my name isn't Simeon. I am hurt and angry and vengeful. I'm trying to free myself of all that by reading the Bible. The best revenge against anyone who has wronged you is to succeed in life. It’s extremely hard but try to live a happy and successful life (whatever that means to you). It can help empower you to move forward from your past.

Forgiveness is too. When I forgave my abusive mother, I felt the weight of that on my shoulders dissipate. Who wants to walk around all bitter & hateful all the time?! You don't trust anybody! I have to give my full respect to the father for getting past his drug addiction and swapping it for an addiction to being the best dad possible. He earned a second chance cleaning himself up for his son, and he's obviously making that his main focus in life.
I agree 100%, but I also feel like he should stfu over things that happened when he was too busy getting high to give a damn about his kids. They BOTH failed those kids during that time.

I will always have a deep hatred for mothers (or fathers) who 1. Eat in front of their kids without feeding them and 2. Witnessing someone abusing their child and not stepping in. I hope he stays the great father figure that he wants to be and I hope that he STAYS there for his little boy. She is toxic. She does not take accountability for her actions and she’s HIGHLY manipulative. I hope that little boy recovers from this trauma. 😢

My goodness! This is why some people should NOT procreate. She is not a parent at all. To justify having a baby in the room as she has constant adult relations is disgusting and disturbing. I grew up in a poor family,the youngest of 9. We starved a LOT. Us kids would go out and search for coke bottles and turn them in for deposit. We would buy a loaf of bread and bologna, if we had enough, if not it was mayo sandwiches. I get it

I still ate it and I liked it so when we didn't have meat but we hate bread and mayo that's what I made myself. When I was growing up, and im talking 2 and 3 yrs old, we lived paycheck to paycheck. We always had food but we did eat mayo and tomato sandwiches. No matter what we had food. One thing that I'd still choose a mayo and tomato sandwich over is any kind of spaghetti-os or any kind of pasta. I ate homemade spaghetti so much growing up that I hate it.

I’m 35 years old and it still bothers when I was 12 years old I heard my mother having sex with my step dad. My siblings and I were sleeping in the back of the rv and they were at the from. It was disturbing and I had no way of escaping.
