Love this. Does the Anna Schwartz start out as yellow? I’ve got a couple squashes growing from seeds I bought and they are looking bright yellow

Hi there. In my experience Anna Swartz is generally green with lighter flecks to start with, before it starts to darken off to its mature dark green. I haven't had mine start off bright yellow. Wishing you every success...

I’m not sure how to dry and store my Hubbard squash

I could be wrong but I think 2-3 weeks outdoors in the sun, ideally elevated on a rack will dry out the stem and rind.
