I didn't feed Timmie's Ducks and received an achievement.

First, I completed the commission Pigeon, Duck, Child and decided to take out the ducks all of them. Then Timmie told his mommy, and I received a new commission the following day. After completing the new commission Sorry, Timmie! you'll get the achievement Taking Responsibility for Your Actions.
