Usually at that time the restaurants are switching shifts and cleaning and in order to clean the machines they have to turn them off and then reboot them I used to work at McDonald's and people did get mad but they don't understand, the lady that offered oj and tea did the right thing those are make with different machines than the softdrinks also when we take money only is because we have to close the system for the day and send the sales so all the POS have to be close for the day sometimes it takes 10 minutes some other times things go wrong and it can take hours
chuyitamm Yeah she mentioned it was rebooting. I was kind of upset but I never was rude or disrespectful I just told her never mind and drive off. I know it’s not their fault.🥰❤️
Then business needs to be closed during the reboot, cleaning and everything else that keeps customers from getting the proper customer service deserved.
