Morgan Matson always puts cameos in her books! You should read them all in the order she published them so you can pick up on the cameos!

I had a reading slump for a little over a week and it sucked. But now im out of the reading slump and i go to Illinois on the 24th this month. And i want to get at least 2 books read before that. Only 9 more days. Yay!!! Thank you for motivating me😀

I love Morgan Matson! The Unexpected Everything is actually one of my least favorite books of hers (I rated it like 4 stars, so it was still amazing haha). I don't know if you've read it yet, but Amy and Roger's Epic Detour is my absolute favorite of hers if you want to read more of her work!
I've read Second Change Summer, (my favorite by her) Since You've Been Gone, and The Unexpected Everything by Matson and it was my least favorite, too (I also gave it 4 stars), but I just started reading Amy and Roger's Epic Detour, so I'm excited!

I cannot wait to read Way of Kings. I own it and Words of Radiance but I’m afraid to start them because the 4th book won’t be coming out anytime soon! But I know I’ll crack and do it lol I’ve been flying through Red Queen and am enjoying it so far! It does feel a little like Hunger Games and GOT but I’m okay with that!

It's the 24 hour bone eat-athon :D If you want really epic fantasy (battle) music, Two Steps from Hell is my go-to for that.

Buuuut... if you read 250 pages of Way of Kings and 450 pages of TUE, that's 700 pages, not 800.
You should read Red Rising. You would love it. Though its Sci-Fi, it has fantasy feel to it.
There's an orchestral soundtrack based off of Kaladin's chapters in the Way of Kings, it's by the Black Piper and is a m a z i n g

Is way of kings better than mistborn? I couldn’t really get into mistborn, the characters felt unrealistic and the dialogue was meh. Wondering if that’s improved in way of kings.
