The best part of Shoaib was when he ran towards the crease. It was like a bull charging at you. I can just imagine the feeling of a bats men. At 3:40 Shoaib took wicket of Sachin, this event is still fresh in my mind and it seems like it just happened yesterday. It was India vs Pakistan WC 2003 match. 18 years have gone in the blink of an eye, our generation from 80s grew up watching the classic cricket that we usually don't happen to see now. These golden memories will always remain alive in our minds until we die and will always remind us that past was better than present!!

Travelled the world supporting Pakistan while watching shoaib steaming in at full throttle there will never ever be another Shoaib Akhtar#FACT! I’ve seen him bowl in Sharjah South Africa Australia England but bowling in India in front of a huge patriotic crowd was a sight to never forget - Indian crowd always appreciated Shoaib whether it was in India England or Sharjah - there will never ever be a better rivalry than Shoaib v Tendulkar that was the golden era of cricket
This video reminds me of my school and college days. I used to copy his bowling style, ofcourse not the speed :). No Doubt Shoaib bhai is a bowling legend with deadly speed. His very presence on the field would send shivers down the spine of any batsman. The way he runs from the boundary (one of the longest run-up) and his tossing hair... my goodness.. I have not seen a player of such calibre since then. With the advent of IPL and other tournaments (cricket has become heavily commercialised), i completely lost interest in cricket. I watch only world cup once in 4years. Huge respect to Akhtar Bhai. Love from India, Hyderabad.

People of Rawalpindi speak a different language and have a different culture than Punjabi culture because I myself belong to Rawalpindi and Shoaib Bhai's house is barely a mile away from my house.

@@usmantahir6719 I'm potohari a born rawalpindian back in ayub khans rule people from nwfp demanded that Rawalpindi should be included into their province current day KPK because potohari is more close to hindku language as it is to Punjabi. My culture my language is entirely different than Punjab and KPK so there's no way I'm gonna call myself a Punjabi. I live in Lahore and here people call me kashmiri, when I go to Peshawar and Kashmir they call me Punjabi while I'm neither. Affiliating potohar with Punjab or any other province eradicates the existence of my identity my language and my culture. Hope that makes sense.
