Proofing and Bottling Distilled Spirits

In the Distillery Workshops at the Canadian Craft Distilling Institute, we give participants some hands-on experience using the Excise Tables and alcoholmeters to proof spirits. We then provide them with valuable insight into bottling, capping and labelling.
