Although there’s definitely some Dark Matter in this NEO design, I do think it might be partially or heavily based on Sectonia. Some things just line up nicely: -The hands are pierced by needles. Sectonia uses a pair of dual rapiers; which are almost needle like in nature. -The one spike below the robes almost looks like a stinger. -The eye pattern on the lower body, despite being a clear nod to Dark Matter Swordsman, bears a striking resemblance to the pattern on Sectonia’s wasp form. -The NEO body seems to be the Master Crown. Sectonia’s ideal form just so happens to be a giant wasp *queen*. -Both Mettaton and Sectonia obtain the “ideal” bodies that they desire, and become much more powerful in the process. There’s definitely some notable evidence here, and I’m definitely missing some comparisons. Feel free to point out anything I might have missed or to add your own takes.
I love how Magolor's body is very similar to Taranza's body just like how Spamton's body is Mtt Neo's body, guess this is Flowered Magolor or something.
I love how this is a combination of Magalor and Yin-Yarn, because they were both the final bosses of the wii, and also magalor was a puppet to the crown and yin is a puppeteer

I think it’s really weird that I can beat Magolor Soul’s second phase in the True Arena in Return to Dream Land Deluxe, but I still can’t actually beat Spamton NEO in the Snowgrave Route. (The second Magolor phase is really difficult if you don’t know his attacks. At least you get a free heal before it actually starts, though.)
