- Following the announcement that Professional Development Assessment (PDA) is replacing Initial Professional Development (IPD) from summer 2024, join us for this webinar where we’ll provide full details of the new process.
You can attain Chartered membership through PDA by providing evidence of your occupational safety and health (OSH) knowledge and by undergoing a process of professional assessment. Employers, recruiters, customers and peers will know that you’re at the top of your game.
Kelly Nicoll, IOSH President-Elect, will host the webinar. She will be joined by Kirsty Dickens, Professional Development and Standards Manager; Sarah Hemsworth, Professional Assessment Team Leader; and Tony Ginda, Head of Membership Engagement and Development at IOSH. As well as discussing the new PDA process, the panel will share video guidance and provide further information on the assessment structure. The webinar will cover:
• what the PDA is
• support provided to members
• what next for IPD
• panel of assessors
• reasonable adjustments.
You will be able to ask questions relating to PDA and the process for replacing IPD.
You will also be able to find further information through the PDA webpage which can be accessed at iosh.com/get-i...
