It's almost incomparable because after x5 is when the creator wanted it to end but that's what happens when you sell the rights to your property. Everything went south after that. Story was still interesting but killing off both x & zero for zx was a big mistake. The gameplay didn't save it. I would give battle network the thumbs down but that series was a different universe altogether. Zx was an actual sequel but a bad take overall.
