Secondly, let's assume Nana Addo did well (he didn't but this is hypothetical) he has borrowed us into a ditch and it'll take 40 years to pay us back. He borrowed 5X more than Kufuor, Atta Mills and Mahama COMBINED. Did he do more than all of them to warrant his spending.
