Path blocked 1st of Feb. 2024 LOUD

Actually surprised it has taken this long for the path to be blocked. There is the bypass people are already using. Still, not very user friendly. And just like last year, the next path up the beach is much easier, especially for us older folks. Last year it was volunteers from the historical society that cleared it out. The parks people don't seem to care much.

my bet is, it will last as long as someone do the work.
the officials will wait untill they feel safe that there will be no other storm blocking it again. and this can be stretched as far they want... half year or more.
at the end there will be a bunch of people doing it for them. hopefully that will please the officials...
