There was another video with Klopp and Salah before this interaction and before West Ham scored. Salah took too long to get ready and Klopp was asking him presumably if he was good to go or what. Then West Ham scored, and Klopp went over to Salah and things kicked off. I would bet Klopp told him what he thought about delaying substitution. And I don't blame him.

It was the wrong timing, Klopp could have kept it to himself if he was worried about a leak. They would have had the same managerial options they have now in a couple of weeks anyway. Klopp doesn't look in control anymore, the decision diminished his power. He's having to do press conferences extolling the virtues of the new manager when the title is not even decided yet. I don't mind even if Klopp leaves and I hope the remaining UEFA Championship winners who are currently playing in the club must GO sooner.
It is highly recommended and a MUST for Liverpool FC management, board of directors, coaching staff, people working in their club who are involved on the transfer-market to permanently sell who are currently out on loan to play for another football club, do not offer a loan with buy back clause or with a number or percentage rights, recall or return players that are currently on-loan by another football club to play for Liverpool FC, ageing ((28) years old and above), inconsistent (due to limited playing time, never have played and always on the bench, poor defensively, not performing well) regardless of age, injury prone, those who are not comfortable playing in different position, that MUST happen on or before July 2027. We are referring to Adrián San Miguel del Castillo, Thiago Alcantara, Van Dijk, Matip, Salah, Becker, Endo, Robertson, Tsimikas, Diogo José Teixeira da Silva "Diogo Jota", Nathaniel Phillips, Luis Fernando Díaz Marulanda "Luis Diaz", Joseph Dave Gomez "Joe Gomez".
Our beloved club Liverpool FC should focus on acquiring and promoting rising young talents between 17 to 21 years of age. This can be found in Liverpool FC Academy, different team playing in premiere league, outside premiere league (La Liga, Serie A, Ligue 1, Bundesliga), or outside Europe (MLS, AFCON, Campeonato Brasileiro Série A, Argentine Super League, and other football league from other countries). This is to save a lot of money to renovate whole Anfield, pay debts to fully comply with Financial Fair Play, and eventually have a great amount of money to sign a superstar in Liverpool FC.

If running the squad like this has been good enough to win every trophy possible then why is it suddenly a problem?
It's squad rotation that got Liverpool this far in the first place.
He rotated the squad every game during October and November and December when Liverpool won nearly every game.
It's been a poor end to the season but not because of Klopps hubris.
It's been because Salah, Diaz and Nunez havnt been able to hit the target.
Poor form from the strikers has caused this bad form.

@@NeilLewis77 He hasn't won anything making on average 5 changes every game. Check the data.....2/3 changes maximum on average. The approach in recent weeks is not a recipe for winning a title, which needs rhythm, continuity and consistency. The fluidity and confidence has been drained from the side, plus of course, individual failings and Klopp's insistence on picking players out of form, particularly the front three, and a player out of position, TAA.
It is also inexplicable why Klopp changed the successful formula of experience and youth, which had been so successful with a win rate of 84% in Jan & Feb, including without Salah. In contrast, the return of the the experienced, established players during the last two months, including with Salah, has only returned a win rate of 50%, and the rapid decline and effective end to the pursuit of silverware. I agree though that his faith in some senior players recently has been totally misplaced, and has proved very costly in April, a wicked month.
But there is room for substantial optimism with an abundance of talented youth, and the emergence of the excellent Gravenberch today. Klopp has been superb, with some wonderful, unexpected achievements, but has probably not totally fulfilled the potential from some very promising positions. The complete opposite is true, Liverpool started winning games comfortably 3-1, 4-1 when he left, youngsters had infused an enthusiasm in the squad. When he returned the struggle began, because he needs 10 chances to hit the target once, and 20 chances to score one goal.

TAA cant defend to save his life or anyone elses for that matter. Why this has carried on without putting him in midfield has reflected much of the strange falling away. How many times have we watched opposition with throwin lobbing the ball over TAA or someone just running past him or his SLOWNESS getting caught out ..........how many goals this season have come down the left. Astonishing bizarre play. I guess the new boss will immediately stick him in mid with a proper rb.

Its crazy how much disrespect Salah gets. He has been phenomenal every season since his arrival. He has a "bad" season and is "finished" with 24 goals and 12 assists in all competitions. He's arguably the greatest Premier League winger in history. He's done everything for Klopp and Klopp has done everything for him. These 2 have known eachother for 7 years now and fans think they're having a break-up. Salah is scoring less but he has transitioned into a playmaker. He gave phenomenal passes these past games even against City but Diaz and especially Nunez keep missing clear cut chances. Its disrespectful from Klopp to let him warm-up early in the half, only to bring him on for the last 10 minutes.

I don’t condone with what Salah did that said this was all Klopp’s doing because he was the one who allowed complacency, entitlement, and favoritism to take place in this team over the years. Not to mention his inability to reinvent himself in order to keep the team together and playing well has probably made the team uninterested and unmotivated to continue to strive for success.
