Welcome to this virtual walk in Vienna, recorded in 4K HDR for the best viewing quality.
For those who are not yet so familiar with Vienna, here is some information about this city.
Vienna is the capital of Austria and is located in the east of the country. Vienna is the 5th largest city in the EU and has had high growth for years. It has approximately 2 million inhabitants spread over 23 districts. It is said that Vienna has the oldest Ferris wheel (Riesenrad Prater) and the oldest zoo in the world (Zoo Schönbrunn). Life expectancy is 82.6 years for women and 77.7 years for men.
This walk starts in Vienna's city center, but not in the places typically visited by tourists. In this video I'm trying to go a little off the beaten track. I hope you like this video.

Bei 26:53 links der Aus-/Eingang des Durchgangs, der als Verlängerung des Gehsteigs parallel zur Wipplingerstraße durch das Gebäude der ehemaligen Böhmischen Hofkanzlei führt. Das ist der Weg, den ich immer gehe. Den Blick vom Gehsteig, die Straße hoch zur "Hohe Brücke" sehe ich so nur im Video. Danke, dafür!

You've started your walk from a very proper location, but you have forgotten to mention, that the river to your left is called Vienna.
Why aren't there any electric cars in Vienna?
We already have electric cars. When it comes to new registrations, electric cars accounted for almost 20% of all newly registered vehicles in 2023. Of course we are not trendsetters. As is so often the case, Austria/Vienna is rather conservative. We only have a single Tesla Supercharger station in Vienna. I think it's a bit small for a city with over 2 million inhabitants.
