They never even discussed the glaring elephant in the room. What about the boos? What about the chants of Paul Warne's style of football? What about Cash leaving? This is why access media is bad.

They hired Paul Warne to get them out of Div 1 on a budget and to be fair he managed that. Selling your best midfielder, not replacing him adequately, and trying to survive the Championship on a budget gets you to where we are today. Ed Dawes goes on about bypassing midfield. Who exactly is he wanting the defenders to pass the ball to coz nobody in our midfield can could distribute leaflets let alone the ball. Managers come and go but geez, you’d need Paul Daniels to keep this lot up and he’s not available. SheffU dominated midfield so completely yesterday it was embarrassing. Oxford will be a good test of where we are because they were on about the same level as Derby last year.

Paul Warne has good players. He's turned them into 💩. Paul Warne is the problem, not the players. That team is good enough for solid mid table. Get your head out of the sand. As for Ed Dawes, he constantly flip flops on everything he says. Not long ago he was saying that it's not the right move to sack Paul Warne. Now he's changing his tune again.

I thought we were ok until half time when we played 4 at the back. It looked like we actually had a midfield and it was a fair fight. It was a dire game but both teams were equally dire. It was in the second half, when we switched to 5 at the back that it all went to seed and within 2 minutes we were a goal down. The game was likely to be a dull goaless draw if we'd stuck with the same formation (just what we needed to stop the rot) but the change in formation opened up the space and we were toast from that moment on IMO.

I still believe in Paul Warne. Since Xmas day, we have played 8 games. Losing 7, but we have played 7 teams from the top half of the table. We seem to lose perspective. At the same time we have had a ridiculous number of 'injuries', which sounds like it comes more from the physios statistics than the player or manager.
'WE', as in the fans, should be supporting the players and manager through this period! I was proud to be a derby fan when we backed the team win, lose or draw. Our atmosphere needs to be deafening and the players need to feel our support. I want our atmosphere back, and that bit is up to us! Come on you Rams!

We now know why Matt Clarke signed a 6 month contract. He doesn’t want to play in Div 1.
